Thank you for being SO thorough with the inspection. I am not a very mechanically-inclined person, but the pictures and descriptions you included really helped me to 'see' and understand the problems and what steps I can take to remedy them. You have given me a great start to figuring out the issues and putting a plan in place to fix them in the near future and in the years to come.
