State Licensed YES
Report Format 30 plus personalized computer generated color coded report with annotated color pictures, diagrams, narrations, and summary pages e-mailed within 24 hours (usually the same day).
Continuing Education 25 hours per year minimum
Average Inspection Time 2.5 to 4 hours depending on the size and age of the home
Hours of Operation We will schedule your inspection for your convenience
Insurance (Not required in WI) Errors and omissions insurance and business liability to protect your interest
Attic Space Inspection Method Walked or crawled unless no access or deemed unsafe
Window Inspection Method Minimum one window per side of the dwelling. We usually do much more if accessible
Door Inspection Method All accessible doors are operated to determine their function
Electrical Receptacle Inspection Method All accessible receptacles (polarity, grounding, GFCI tested)
Roof Inspection Method Walked unless > 1 story, icy, moldy, or roof constructed of a material that should not be walked or otherwise deemed unsafe
